These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment of a Reservation Fee ("Fee") to Outbox Storage Ltd (trading as "Outbox"), a company registered in [England and Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland] under company number [10864279] with its registered office at First Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT ("we", "us", "our").
By paying the Reservation Fee, you ("you", "your", "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Reservation
1.1. By paying the Fee, you are securing a priority position ("Reservation") in the queue to place an order for our upcoming Underground Cycle Garage - cycle storage solution ("the Product").
1.2. This is not a purchase or order for the Product. This Reservation does not constitute a sale, an agreement for sale, or a guarantee that the Product will be available to you.
1.3. Your Reservation is personal to you and is non-transferable.
2. Reservation Fee and Payment
2.1. The Reservation Fee is £150.00.
2.2. Payment of the Fee must be made through the payment methods specified on our website.
3. Product Launch and Placing Your Order
3.1. When the Product becomes available for purchase, we will notify you by email at the address you provided when paying the Fee. This notification will invite you to place your full order.
3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in order based on the Reservation queue.
3.3. You will have a specified time period ("Order Window"), which will be stated in the notification email (14 days), to complete your purchase.
4. Application of the Fee
4.1. If you proceed to place a full order for the Product within the Order Window, the full amount of your Reservation Fee (£150.00) will be deducted from the final purchase price of the Product.
5. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
5.1. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel this Reservation within 14 days (the "Cooling-Off Period") without giving any reason.
5.2. The Cooling-Off Period begins on the day after you pay the Reservation Fee.
5.3. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear statement (e.g., by email). You can contact us at sales@outbox.co.uk
5.4. If you cancel within this 14-day period, we will provide a full refund of the Fee within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used.
6. General Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Your Right to Cancel: In addition to your statutory rights in Clause 5, you may cancel your Reservation and request a full refund of the Fee at any time before you place a full order for the Product.
6.2. How to Cancel: To cancel your Reservation, please send an email to sales@outbox.co.uk with the subject line "Reservation Cancellation" and include your name and reservation reference number.
6.3. Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel the Product launch or cease development of the Product at any time for any reason. In such an event, we will notify you and promptly issue a full refund of your Reservation Fee.
6.4. Failure to Place an Order: If you are notified that the Product is ready for order (as per Clause 3.1) but you do not complete your purchase within the specified Order Window, your Reservation will be automatically cancelled. We will process a full refund of your Fee to your original payment method.
7. Important Limitations
7.1. No Obligation to Purchase: Paying the Fee does not oblige you to purchase the Product.
7.2. No Guaranteed Price or Specification: The Reservation Fee does not lock in the final price, design, features, or launch date of the Product. These are subject to change, and the final details will be confirmed when we invite you to place your order.
7.3. No Guarantee of Availability: While the Reservation secures your place in the queue, it is not an absolute guarantee of product availability. Should the Product be cancelled or we be unable to fulfil your Reservation for any reason, our sole liability to you will be to provide a full refund of the Reservation Fee.
8. Data Protection
8.1. We will use the personal information you provide (such as your name and email address) to process your Reservation, manage the queue, and contact you about the Product launch.
8.2. All personal information is held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR).
9. General
9.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you by email. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your Reservation for a full refund.
9.2. Liability: Our maximum liability to you in relation to this Reservation Agreement is limited to the amount of the Reservation Fee you have paid.
9.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
